MEET THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nicki Decker is a native Floridian who has been providing professional fiduciary, personal representative, trustee and guardianship services for over 16 years, primarily in the 10th Judicial Circuit. She is a trusted advocate for the elderly and developmentally disabled, and is passionate about preventing financial exploitation of our most vulnerable population. As the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, she is proud to be a Federal Fiduciary appointed by the US Department of Veterans Affairs, and strives to assist and encourage Veterans in achieving financial stability through the VA Fiduciary Program and beyond. Nicki also serves as Trustee and Personal Representative, and has extensive experience in these roles on several cases throughout her career. She works well with beneficiaries and takes pride in managing these affairs in a respectful and professional manner.
In addition to her duties at Liberty Fiduciary, LLC, Nicki currently serves as the Co-Executive Director of the Tenth Circuit Public Guardian, Inc., and is also on the Board of Directors for Adult Advocate Alliance, Inc., both of which are Florida nonprofit organizations.
